Job Description
Job Position : Key Agreement Sales Management
Address : Burlington, Ontario, L7L 6A4
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is essential in developing NEW larger key agreements/key accounts while nurturing/expanding our current account relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through the management of agreement-based sales strategies. As an expert in maintenance agreement design to meet statutory and application requirements, this role is a primary driver in gaining entry to secure the larger type agreements/Key accounts and long-term service contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop NEW while growing the larger "Care and Commitment" Key Agreements for the corporate customers across assigned territory.
- New Key Account Acquisition
- Win strategic Maintenance Agreements per a defined and targeted customer list.
- Work directly with end-customer key stakeholders and/or our designated account management team to develop and maintain strong relationships with identified key accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions.
- Agreement Strategies and configuration tools
- Develop and execute sales/offer strategies tailored to each key account and application focusing on long-term value.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key or corporate accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and optimize overall sales performance.
- Data Analysis, CRM and Reporting
- Analyze key account performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth through new customer expansions in assigned territory.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and key account metrics while using our CRM tools/other.
- Customer Experience
- Work closely with sales, planning, and operations teams to ensure a high level of service and customer retention.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Must have demonstrated selling to higher Management and corporate leadership.
- Basic understanding of CSA B167 and Statutory maintenance requirements, basic industrial machinery.
- Excellent presentation skills in Microsoft/Power point.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with min 7 years or equivalent industrial sales experience or formal training will be considered.
- Must demonstrate successfully meeting sales quotas and CRM funnel size.
- Must demonstrate experience in selling Industrial maintenance or services.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to travel as required including overnight.
- Must have and maintain a good driving record.
