About the Role

As a Web Developer, you will code digital experiences across all digital channels and troubleshoot issues.

What You'll Do

• Design, build and maintain performant, responsive and delightful digital experiences
  
• Embrace and champion front-end development best practices
  
• Produce readable, well-documented, high quality and efficient markup
  
• Engage actively in code and design reviews with peers and partners
  
• Contribute front-end development input and feedback to product planning processes
  
• Demonstrate the ability to develop a course of action to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently
  
• Coordinate with business partners across the company to deliver on company initiatives based upon shared business strategies

• Proficiency in writing semantic markup and well-formed HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strict deadlines
  
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers, partners and management
  
• Reliable and self-directed
  
• Exceptional technical skills and understanding of debugging tools
  

• Bachelor's degree in Web Technologies or a related field
  
• E-commerce experience
  
• Experience with React
  
• Knowledge of versioning systems (e.g., GitLab)
  
• Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS)
  
• Experience using Web APIs
  
• Understanding of digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG AA)
