Kohl's is currently hiring Vice President, Regional Managers to join our store teams in locations across the country. As Vice President, Regional Manager of Stores, you will provide leadership for a region including multiple Districts and 60-100 Stores, consistently monitoring results, driving execution of priorities, and setting clear goals. You will be responsible for creating and establishing the functional store strategy in alignment with Kohl's goals to propel the business forward.

Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analyzing regional sales and operational reports
- Using data to drive sales, profitability and deliver on target goals
- Balancing multiple perspectives and exploring options and challenges to drive change and strategic decision making

WHO YOU ARE
You have 8-10 years progressive retail experience, a minimum 5-7 years store management experience (preferably in a high volume, big box environment), and 4-6 years experience managing multi-unit business leaders. A Bachelor's Degree in related discipline is preferred. Additionally, some capabilities that will contribute to your success in this role:

Ability for daytime and overnight travel (approx 80% of the time) is required.
