About the Role

This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. As Senior Recovery Analyst, you will audit various types of allowances, trade discounts, and other terms and funds obtained by Kohl's that can be recovered from vendors. You will analyze vendor agreements and transactional data to identify funds that can be recovered from vendors.

What You'll Do

• Justify recoveries through accurate documentation and recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues
  
• Complete assigned recovery audit projects to ensure negotiated terms and funds are obtained by Kohl's in their entirety

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  
• Experience with Microsoft Access or other query tools for data analysis
  
• 3-5 years of Recovery Audit experience or Data Analysis
  
• Excellent analytical skills and technical capabilities
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to work well in a team atmosphere and build business partnerships with other functional areas
  
• Knowledge of Big Query or SQL Server
