Manage project objectives and execution with minimal direct supervision Prepare creative presentation materials, present and review all creative with creative leads Collaborate with the Production Designer, ensuring proof comments are accurately completed Maintain style guides Onboard and mentor the creative team, freelancers and interns Collaborate with Project Management to keep projects on schedule and assist with timeline development Maintain job notes on critical design details for future reference Maintain an organized file management system Collaborate with partners on long-term process and tool improvements Additional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant work experience 4-8+ years of relevant work experience Excellent organization, time management and multitasking skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Mac proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe XD and/or Adobe After Effects Strong understanding of typography and design composition Elevated design eye with an appreciation for thoughtful, detailed and consistent creative execution Preferred
Experience with retail workflow, processes and structure Experience mentoring and overseeing junior designers Demonstrated ability to present creative ideas in a professional, organized manner Strong understanding of photography composition Client-provided location(s): Menomonee Falls, WI 53051, USA
