This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Media Lead, Programmatic, you will lead, plan and execute Open Learning Verification (OLV), Display, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and Direct Partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Oversee programmatic and direct media planning and execution across OLV and Display
- Establish and track benchmarks, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) data to make optimizations and efficiencies, impact future planning and report campaign outcomes to stakeholders
- Manage and implement channel budgets, timelines, campaign objectives, forecasts and actualizations
- Own the testing roadmap for the channel(s) to drive innovation
- Develop strong internal and external partnerships to ensure cohesive campaign delivery
- Serve as a leader and guide for Media Coordinators
- Suggest, implement and document processes and improvements as needed based on performance
- Support daily campaign checks, optimizations and troubleshooting
- Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have
Required
- 3 - 5 years of previous experience working in programmatic media, display and video channels
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Expert-level proficiency in buying technology (DV360, Google Ads, Yahoo, MSAN, etc.)
