Opportunity

The Sales Assistant - Premier Partners contributes to provide sales and product related support to the Ann Sacks dealer channel “Premier Partners” Meeting or exceeding service level standard through providing timely, accurate and gracious service to the Premier Partner businesses and their associates.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for general inquiries, product inquiries, pricing or quote request and order or product status request for the Priemer Partner channel. Manage the Partner inbox to ensure proper routing of requests based on need.

  • Qualify projects via collecting required project details and create related Salesforce opportunities. Maintain document retention, storage standards for related partner project paperwork.

  • Process client purchase orders auditing for accurate pricing, proper approvals and project details prior to final quote submission for management and/or client approval.

  • Monitor open orders report weekly and provide status updates to our partners including ETA changes tracking.

  • Provide partners with support on how to utilize the partner website including functionality, locating documentation, following SOP’s, while ensuring partner team have information needed to self-serve via this site.

  • Partner with internal team to support Premier Partner initiatives such as product launch, display, sample programs and client account maintenance such as tax exemption status validation, accounts receivables and partner contact updates.

  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with internal departments and team members to learn the business and facilitate timely and effective service for our clients.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned. Such as creation and documentation of processes, business data or systems reporting, administrative support, partner website updates, business process changes and/or testing.   
  • Skills/Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years related experience, high school diploma / GED or equivalent.
    • Strong communication skills.  Ability to clearly communicate directions, concepts and objectives, via phone, email, IM and in-person.
    • Proactive problem solver who can drive effective resolutions for clients while conscious business objectives.
    • Ability to work effectively as a team, independently or collaboratively across departments and organizational levels.
    • Flexible and open to different working styles.
    • High attention to detail, strong organization, and analytical skills.
    • Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodations.
