Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the overall management of displays, samples, tradeshow product coordination, product launch samples in a timely manner.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing administrative processes, managing schedules and deadlines, and planning product needs for events, product launch samples, tradeshows and displays.
  • Timely & consistent communication and include the appropriate stakeholders for the projects being executed.
  • Allocating resources to meet operational needs and budgetary constraints.

Skills/Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Accounting preferred
  • 5+ years operation coordination or project management experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Process-driven mindset
  • Comfort with ambiguity
