Location: Onsite - Brownwood, TX 

  

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.  

Shift Needed: 5:00 am-5:30 pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

We are looking to fill an Inventory Controller position within our Logistics Department. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including luxury bathtubs and toilets. 

  

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for the maintenance of all WMS locations within SAP. 

  • Responsible for tracking inbound containers. 

  • Responsible for scheduling inbound containers. 

  • Responsible for the physical labeling and sizing of all warehouse bin locations. 

  • Responsible for the creation of new bins for the warehouse. 

  • Responsible for systematically moving products from location to location when required for fixes. 

  • Responsible for the creation of cycle counting data for both finished goods and component parts. 

  • Responsible for the daily and weekly reporting of all cycle counting activities. 

  • Weekly inventory comparison between Kohler Brownwood SAP and W.T. Harris offsite inventory reflected within location 5050. 

  • Monitor the material flow and accuracy of all Brownwood transfer locations. 

  • Creation of daily and weekly reporting that reflects the overall storage capacity of the Brownwood facility. 

  • Responsible for running and entry of data for yearly physical inventory. 

  • Create and maintain all ISO documentation associated with WMS and cycle counting. 

  • Clean and maintain work area. 

  • Practice and follow all required safety regulations. 

  • Perform all duties as assigned by supervision.

Key Qualifications 

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. 

  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 

  • Must be at least 18 years old. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP inventory control and WMS transactions. 

  • Experience in both Microsoft Excel and Word document creation. 

  • Knowledge of SAP warehouse capacity planning. 

  • Must be able to direct and understand Brownwood’s cycle counting system. 

  • Must be able to prioritize workload while working on other projects. 

  • Must have two-year minimum experience in Warehouse Operations. 

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. 

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
