Opportunity

The HR Partner plays a critical role in supporting our Arkansas Operations.  This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide HR Generalist support for manufacturing and administrative areas within one of our buildings on our Sheridan, Arkansas campus.  This position interfaces with campus leaders and associates, bringing HR activity into alignment to organizational and campus goals.  A team-player, focused on partnering with other HR professionals, campus and divisional leaders and corporate support teams to help the campus succeed through progressive and responsive HR practices.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with business unit leaders to provide day-to-day and strategic HR support focused on change management, effective communication and associate experience
  • Manage recruitment and selection process in partnership with hiring managers & Talent Acquisition inclusive of position description review, intake discussions, participate in interview panels, and pre/onboarding new hires.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and associates on various HR-related matters.
  • May serve as process lead for for such things as campus communication, workplace experience, and community outreach
  • Work independently and display accountability by executing all tasks in a timely manner with great accuracy.
  • Seek opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the overall associate experience.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, and 1-3 years related experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in developing communication to support a manufacturing workforce preferred.
  • Experience leveraging social media and other platforms as part of a comprehensive communication and outreach strategy preferred
  • Experience with developing partnerships within the community that support stewardship and volunteerism
