The Corporate Strategy team plays a meaningful role in crafting the future of the company by developing, planning, and implementing its short- and long-term strategic vision. The Strategy Associate will contribute to KinderCare's multi-year groundbreaking journey by supporting the development and implementation of company strategies that drive growth and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with initiative teams to coordinate progress checks and prepare content for regular governance meetings.
- Support strategy and planning sessions across all initiatives.
- Complete program communications and dashboard updates for program partners and the senior leadership team.
- Propose process designs, templates, and tools to ensure strategy priorities are clearly articulated and outcomes are consistent company-wide.
- Support the identification and prioritization of opportunities and challenges facing KinderCare.
- Assist in structuring, launching, and driving strategy workstreams, including developing hypotheses, work plans, and conducting analysis.
- Analyze market and competitive trends, assess business drivers, and provide insights and recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on recommendations, launch plans, and transition strategies to long-term owners.
- Prepare presentations to communicate findings and recommendations concisely to leadership and the broader organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a strategic or project management role, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Curiosity and interest in understanding business problems, complexities, and challenges.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories and simplify sophisticated ideas.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments, clarifying project requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with some experience in Excel preferred.
