The Education Business Partner is a key member of the Education Operations team, working alongside field leaders to build high-quality learning experiences for children. This position plays a crucial role in improving educational perfection, student outcomes, enrollment, and engagement. Through collaboration, you will develop, coordinate, and implement impactful education initiatives that drive success across centers.
As an innovative mentor and strategic partner, you will support teachers and center leaders in bringing learning to life. You'll champion standard methodologies, drive curriculum implementation, and empower educators to build growing classrooms. Your success in this role will be measured by the positive impact you make on teachers, students, and learning environments.
Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted education expert supporting core curriculum, enrichment programs, and classroom strategies.
- Collaborate with training teams to ensure new leaders and teachers are well-prepared and confident.
- Create and lead engaging professional development sessions for educators implementing curriculum.
- Provide hands-on support in schools, using observation, modeling, and coaching to empower teachers and leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate curriculum and maintain excellence across all centers.
- Support school growth and expansion by helping teams implement effective educational strategies.
- Develop meaningful relationships with Directors of Quality & Education, center leaders, and regional teams.
- Work closely with inclusion teams to support positive behavior strategies and create inclusive classrooms.
- Help supervise progress by implementing tools to measure the effectiveness of curriculum initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field required; a Master's degree is a plus but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, or instructional coaching.
- Willingness to travel 50-75%, supporting educators and making a direct impact in the field.
- Experience coaching teachers, leading training, and supporting curriculum implementation.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire positive change.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a calm and thoughtful approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Able to handle multiple deadlines at once in a fast-paced environment.
