If you're passionate about leading, coaching and developing others to deliver on our brand's promise, the Senior Director role could be for you! The Senior Director will be responsible for a business portfolio of Regional Managers/Directors, providing them with the tools they need to succeed. This critical leadership position drives the quality and consistency our families experience in our centers across their region to improve customer acquisition and retention. This is a senior field leadership role, responsible for 250-400 sites and 5-8 Regional, multi-unit leaders.

AS A DIRECTOR YOU WILL:

  • Recruit, develop, empower, and engage a highly talented team of Regional Leaders
  • Drive consistent focus on quality and educational excellence throughout country
  • Nurture deep customer relationships throughout the market while making sound business decisions with children and families in mind
  • Manage a business portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and drive business decisions to increase revenue, customer retention and acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school and district leaders, community contacts, and corporate partners
  • Think and influence at a company level; getting into the details when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 7-10 years of experience managing exempt level employees in a multi-unit environment
  • Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a team of high performers
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Possess broad knowledge of multi-site management and operations of similar size and scope.
  • Significant profitable P&L, budget, and financial accountability and revenue-generation experience required.
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively; ability to influence and get alignment in a highly matrixed environment
  • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Range of pay $154,500.00 - $257,500.00 Salary
