KinderCare is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Analyst to take an active role in crafting our organization's approach to collecting, measuring, and understanding the experience of our customers. This role reports to the CX Director and will work closely with the digital product teams to build an outstanding digital experience throughout all stages of the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director to identify new ways to collect feedback from our customers.
- Act as a catalyst for creative thinking and non-traditional solutions through brainstorms and product planning meetings in pursuit of a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams passionate about providing digital improvements to the customer journey.
- Collaborate with external agencies or contractors as needed.
- Partner cross-functionally with product teams, steering committees, critical initiative reporting, financial planning & analysis, multiple IT architecture domains, and more.
- Utilize knowledge of available data to break down business questions into analyses that can be completed quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Iterate frequently on data analysis to allow for emerging understanding of the data.
- Partner with digital leadership to provide data-informed perspectives for decision-making and prioritization.
- Work with product managers and product owners to explore measures of success for new and in-flight initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Expertise and experience working with data and an ability for self-directed data exploration to answer business questions.
- Must be able to write own SQL queries.
- Collaboration skills with external partners and digital product teams.
- A true passion for digital customer experience as well as being a creative thought-leader; experience working with transformation initiatives and agile environments is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Confident partner, strong communicator, analytical thinker, comfortable with ambiguous/iterative analysis, curious.
- Experience with AWS, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, APIs & automated data processes preferred but not required.
