Kforce has a client is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Analyst in Detroit, MI.Summary:The Senior Pharmacy Analyst Formulary will function as a point of contact for Pharmacy Services with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and other vendors to coordinate aspects of the organization's custom formularies for the commercial and Employer Group Waiver Plans. Additional responsibilities include coordinating specialty drug reviews with the medical carriers, analyzing pharmacy and medical claims data, evaluating industry utilization management trends, and recommending opportunities to improve performance of the prescription drug benefit.
Requirements
- 3+ years of managed care pharmacy benefit administration
- Possess strong Medicare Part D formulary management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong experience with Access and Excel
- Exposure to SAS is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
