A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Cost Analyst in Andover, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:This client is a million-dollar manufacturing company. They offer a strong benefits package that includes 401K with match, PTO, ESPP, medical/dental/vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, etc. The office provides free meals from the cafeteria. This role will be fully in office.Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the cost collection and application system
- The Senior Cost Analyst is responsible for inventory valuation and controls
- Perform the financial close process
- Prepare reporting and analyses of revenue, costs, variances and gross margins
- Establish baseline analysis and modeling tools
- Analyze manufacturing variances
- As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will assist with forecasting process of costs
- Assist in with projects as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Cost accounting experience out of manufacturing
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Semiconductor manufacturing background in plating, circuit board and wafer fabs is nice to have
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
