Description

Kforce has a client seeking to bring on an experienced IT Product Delivery Lead in Atlanta, GA.Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead discovery, design and breakdown of work across matrixed IT platform teams (SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, eCommerce)
  • Investigate and document current business processes, problems, and opportunities with focus to provide best user experience and solution
  • Collaborate with matrixed IT platform teams (SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, eCommerce) to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives
  • Build shared understanding about how product functionality supports business processes, rules, and data
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, document and organize backlog items for new functionality and defects as well as technical documentation
  • Drive execution and delivery of work, clear blockers, escalate as needed
  • Organize cross-team testing including writing scripts and prepare for regression testing
  • Perform testing and document results prior to business demonstrations
  • Communicate delivery status, release notes, release timeline changes, risks and blockers
  • Monitor pilot user feedback and identify future requirements
  • Triage production or support issues and coordinate bug remediation
  • Assist with quarterly planning and track progress toward KPIs
  • Create presentation materials such as quarterly reviews or presentations
  • Review Jira updates from cross-functional teams and follows up to ensure work progresses
  • Schedule a meeting to review a system or business problem; facilitates discussions to understand if there is a problem that needs solving; captures data to investigate further and see request to its resolution
  • Identify backlog items based on stakeholder conversations and draft acceptance criteria
  • Meet with Product Manager to review backlog, work in flight, suggest priority changes

Requirements

  • Previous experience guiding delivery with matrixed teams, preferably using agile approaches
  • Able to seek out problems to solve and things to do; Always be thinking how else can I approach this, who else could I talk with
  • Able to flex with changing priorities, team availability, or lack of use of agile across IT teams
  • Pragmatism - applies understanding of good software development practices to identify approaches to problems in their current situation
  • Prefer a working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Jira

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
