Description
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Junior Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Garden City, ID.Overview:
- Junior Project Manager will apply basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope
- Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience
- Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment
- Acts as team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts
- Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters
- As a Junior Project Manager, you will work on internal project delivery
- Manages project financials
- Meets or exceeds approved budgets
- Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management
- Manages stakeholder relationships
- Manages first level stakeholder relationships
- Leads project team
- May lead internal as well as external resources within a predefined are
- May provide performance feedback on project team members

Requirements
- Previous experience in program tracking - sales contests, reward programs, etc.
- Flexibility due to nature of role where miscellaneous projects can be incorporated into role at any time
- Detail oriented, organized
- Proficient in excel, word and other Microsoft applications
- Ability to manage multiple back-office projects including contracts, sku creation, invoicing, data reconciliation
- Ability to work across teams in collaborative environment with sales teams, partners, and customers
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
