Kforce has a client that is seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager in Delray Beach, FL.Summary:The Assistant Manager, Ecom Trade Marketing supports the company's Ecommerce growth strategy to advance the company's Ecommerce presence in pure play and retailer.com accounts while developing online channels in all functional sales capabilities, including Product availability, Pricing, Shopper Marketing, and Customer development.Primary/Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assistant Trade Marketing Manager will support ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
• Utilize analytical tools to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Support smaller accounts by maintaining their current assortment, pricing, inventory feeds, order discrepancies, and identify new growth opportunities through item expansion and promotions
• Submit marketing tickets for new item setup and item expansion
• As an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, you will create and maintain sales performance dashboards
• Run financial analysis for customer pricing and promotions
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Financial Responsibility:

• Ensures the company profitability within the eCommerce channel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in an online/ecommerce role, trade marketing experience a plus
• Tech-savvy and familiar with ecommerce platforms (i.e., Magento, Rithum/Commerce Hub, Shopify, etc.)
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and edit spreadsheets, use basic formulas and functions, generate charts, pivots, and graphs, and manage data efficiently
• Detail-oriented, operationally focused, strong written and verbal communication
• Analytical and solution oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision under time pressure and handle any ad-hoc tasks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
