Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire an AP Specialist in Atlantic Beach, Florida.Summary:This client is an environmental company that is currently growing. The team is a great group of people with a positive culture and family-oriented environment. The client has a track record of promoting internally leading to a lot of growth opportunities. This role will be fully in office.Responsibilities include:
- AP Specialist will enter and approve AP in the accounting system
- Process, post and reconcile corporate credit card activity in the system
- Support AP disbursements
- As an AP Specialist, you will process employee expense reimbursement reports
- Follow up on vendor inquiries and vendor statements
- Perform special projects as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is nice to have
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
