Internship Details to Know

The Kendra Scott Summer Internship Program offers a hands-on experience inside our rapidly growing multi-category fashion lifestyle brand. We value you. In our program, we are dedicated to shaping your unique interests and career aspirations, equipping you for success in your career and life.

• The Kendra Scott Internship experience is a 9-week, paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX. The internship will begin on June 2nd and end July 31st.
• This is a full-time, 40/hour a week, in person opportunity. This program will be offered at $17/hour.
• Please apply to only one internship position that you are most interested in pursuing
• Sponsorship and Relocation assistance is not currently provided.

• Candidates will be informed of their status throughout our process, with final offers being extended in December 2024

• Present best-in-class social tactics, with a focus on our opportunity to innovate and develop our existing social communities

• Identify trends, relevant news, and other opportunities in the social media space, helping to increase our reach and voice

• Collaborate daily with our in-house Content Creators to ideate and plan content

• Capture, edit, and assist in art directing social content including still images, on figure shots, product laydowns, and video content that adheres to the Kendra Scott brand identity with a focus on TikTok and Instagram content

• Support Influencer team with upkeep of influencer database, while deep diving into competitive landscape

• Work on identifying influencers on new platforms, such as YouTube and TikTok

• Assist with social media content challenges for our college ambassador program

• The ability to demonstrate strong leadership among peers and across the organization
