Internship Details to Know

The Kendra Scott Summer Internship Program offers a hands-on experience inside our rapidly growing multi-category fashion lifestyle brand. We value you. In our program, we are dedicated to shaping your unique interests and career aspirations, equipping you for success in your career and life.

• The Kendra Scott Internship experience is a 9-week, paid program with the requirement to be in Austin, TX. The internship will begin on June 2nd and end July 31st.
• This is a full-time, 40/hour a week, in person opportunity. This program will be offered at $17/hour.

• Assist Product Managers in gathering and analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights.

• Contribute to product roadmaps by helping to prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback.

• Work with UX Designers to conduct user research, usability testing, and create wireframes or prototypes.

• Help define product requirements and write clear documentation for features or user stories.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions to product challenges.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.

• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and product performance metrics.

• Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders on project updates and findings.

• Practical experience in product management and UX design in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to execution.

• Mentorship from experienced professionals in both Product Management and UX.

• Opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects and see your ideas come to life.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Strong interest in product management, UX design, and technology.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to think both strategically and creatively.

• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles is a plus.

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a bonus.
