As the New Store Opening Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch of both Permanent and Pop-Up locations. You will be the go-to expert in Retail Operations, guiding the end-to-end process of store openings from initial planning to post-opening performance. Your key responsibilities will include managing the detailed timeline of tasks, coordinating seamless setup activities, and fostering strong partnerships with District Managers (DM) and new Store Managers (SM). Additionally, you will take ownership of the store's health and performance during the critical post-opening phase, ensuring that each new location embodies Kendra Scott's standards of excellence and delivers an exceptional WOW experience.

Role Responsibilities:
- Supply Management & Optimization: Take full ownership of supply management for New Store Openings (NSO), relocations, and store closures. Conduct quarterly audits to assess supply needs, optimize costs, and recommend adjustments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Inventory Oversight: Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to align on timelines, SKU books, product allocations, and inventory shrinkage, ensuring new Kendra Scott locations are appropriately stocked and operationally sound.
- Stakeholder Communication: Schedule and lead regular calls with Retail District Managers (DM) and Store Managers (SM) to clearly communicate timelines, processes, and expectations for NSOs. Ensure all teams are aligned and prepared for upcoming retail transitions.
- Retail Travel Planning & Support: Maintain and plan travel logistics for on-site retail support. Ensure the right resources are in place to assist with successful store openings and operational setup while staying on budget.
- On-Site Presence: Attend and provide on-the-ground support at scheduled New Store Openings, relocations, and closures. Act as a key point of contact to troubleshoot any challenges and ensure the retail transition is executed flawlessly.
