Position Overview
Our ideal candidate is a strong writer and idea generator with a collaborative attitude, as well as a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of maintaining processes and procedures at a fast-growing company. In this role, good project management skills and the ability to respond quickly to last-minute changes at a fast pace are required. This copywriter position reports directly to the Sr Copywriter within the Creative Services department.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the creation of written content for Ecomm, including but not limited to email, homepages, blog posts, digital media and SEO descriptions as well as supporting the social team for any copy needs
• Work with team to concept and create events materials to support events and projects including but not limited to national and local event partnerships, field event invitations, instore signage, marketing activation materials, linelists, scripts, etc.
• Contribute to seasonal campaign creative including holiday and Mother's Day, for example
• Be able to translate voice to drive clear Philanthropy messaging and understand the nuances needed
• Maintain and meet a full workload of deadlines across cross-functional projects • Proof outgoing content for grammar, spelling and punctuation
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in writing or marketing
• 1-3+ years' experience as a copywriter for a high-growth company
• A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery
• Thorough knowledge of writing principles
• Ability to write concise, engaging content that adheres to brand guidelines for tone and voice, using best practices for each given channel
• Must be exceptionally organized, self-motivated, deadline-oriented, receptive to feedback and an effective communicator
• Must be a continual student of your craft and share your insights and ideas with others across the company
• A strong ability to build relationship with co-workers and keep others informed
• A growth mindset: desire to learn, grow and embrace new ideas
