Position Overview
The Interim Inventory Control Analyst - Retail plays a critical role in the supply chain process, ensuring the accuracy of both physical and systemic inventory for the Distribution Center and Retail. Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and driving process improvements by developing key metrics, analyzing data, and executing cycle counts. The Interim Inventory Control Analyst - Retail will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management practices and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management across the Distribution Center and Retail by utilizing systems such as ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms to perform operational analysis
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring and improving inventory accuracy, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and streamlining processes within inventory management systems
- Investigate discrepancies and analyze data to refine processes, define key metrics, and enhance inventory control processes
- Generate and provide regular reporting on tracked orders, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment accuracy across multiple channels
- Monitor and report inventory changes, dollar value adjustments, and variances, conducting root cause analysis within the Retail channel
- Assist in planning and executing cycle counts and other measures to ensure alignment between physical and systemic inventory
- Collaborate with Retail Store Operations and Asset Protection teams to support and maintain inventory accuracy within the retail channel
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years' experience in inventory control for a high-growth company
- A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- A strong ability to build relationship with co-workers and keep others informed
