The Facilities Lead is a member of the Retail Operations team and reports directly to the Manager of Facilities. This is a salaried, exempt position. This position will support the team with delivering a high-quality in-store customer experience and continued development of a companywide Facilities Maintenance Management Program.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of 100 retail locations
  • In charge of the entire life cycle of work orders in Service Channel
  • Assist in the PM programs for HVAC, janitorial, painting, and mats
  • Analyze vendor performance to ensure they are meeting Kendra Scott expectations
  • Manage the communication and partnership with external vendors
  • Identify operational opportunities and bring in solutions.
  • Source vendors where trades are lacking to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Assist in the management and coordination of capital improvement projects


Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • 3+ years facilities maintenance experience required including the trades of HVAC, janitorial, plumbing and electrical
  • Experience using a CMMS platform. Service Channel preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and follow up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and react quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to react quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work as a team member, but also make effective independent decisions and follow through on assignments
  • Technology skills including the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel preferred
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Some nights and weekends required
