The Facilities Lead is a member of the Retail Operations team and reports directly to the Manager of Facilities. This is a salaried, exempt position. This position will support the team with delivering a high-quality in-store customer experience and continued development of a companywide Facilities Maintenance Management Program.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of 100 retail locations
- In charge of the entire life cycle of work orders in Service Channel
- Assist in the PM programs for HVAC, janitorial, painting, and mats
- Analyze vendor performance to ensure they are meeting Kendra Scott expectations
- Manage the communication and partnership with external vendors
- Identify operational opportunities and bring in solutions.
- Source vendors where trades are lacking to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Assist in the management and coordination of capital improvement projects
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 3+ years facilities maintenance experience required including the trades of HVAC, janitorial, plumbing and electrical
- Experience using a CMMS platform. Service Channel preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication and follow up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and react quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to react quickly to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work as a team member, but also make effective independent decisions and follow through on assignments
- Technology skills including the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel preferred
- Ability to travel when needed
- Some nights and weekends required
