About the Role:
As a leader in KeepTruckin’s Professional Services team, you will work in a fast-paced, high-growth Services organization creating Professional Services solutions that are scalable for our customers. You will be the technical owner for Professional Services built solutions, providing leadership on design, development trade-off decisions, and prioritization of tech debt. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance for new PS-created solutions, and work with cross-functional teams on the roll-out of those offerings.
In addition, this role will be responsible for meeting with customers, designing custom solutions that meet their business needs, and writing statements of work/ RFP responses for those custom solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership in integration design, development and maintenance of PS solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practice implementation processes while continuously working to improve project management operations. Responsible for PS solution Collateral
- Prepare statements of work and RFP responses for custom technical solutions, working closely with sales engineers, project managers, account executives and customer success teams
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies for scaling PS solutions and create/maintain a roadmap for our PS solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Engineering background strongly preferred, candidate should have a working knowledge of software development lifecycles, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), enterprise APIs, and/or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- 10+ years experience in Professional services creating solutions for customers, and creating PS offerings
- Ability to confidently interface and build trust with cross functional stakeholders, including Account Executives, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to make trade-off decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and in situations requiring instructing, persuading, negotiating, conflict resolution, consulting and advising, as well as flawless written communication
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership or implementation and/or project management if in another department’s domain
