About the Role:

The individual in this role will own the development and maintenance of new and existing solution artifacts which are focused on driving efficiency within the business via analysis, metrics, and reporting dashboards. You will partner with operations and business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI’s, automated reporting, process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs. Additionally, you will enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks. Finally, you will design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards that will support our business needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Work to increase rep and manager productivity
  • Keep the CMRL team running smoothing through analysis and solving data or constructing sales strategy
  • Build reports that fuel the CMRL segment
  • Partner with leadership and reps to work to not block revenue and optimize processes 

What We're Looking For:

  • A problem-solving mindset that is comfortable figuring something out when the subject of the knowledge might be minimal
  • Ability to Influence decision makers
  • Bias towards action with a proactive “how can I make this better” mindset 
  • Technical skills: Excel, Tableau, basic SQL, Salesforce
