About the Role: 

KeepTruckin’s Enablement Business Business Partner function serves the Sales, Customer Success, Sales Development and Sales Engineering orgs through analysis of rep performance and recommendation/execution of training or change management initiatives that measurably close performance gaps. The Director over this function will build out its infrastructure and operational rhythms, lead the function’s 9 Enablement Business Partners, and have a direct impact on all the key company initiatives in 2022 (IPO readiness, new verticals, sales methodology implementation, and more). 

As the right hand person to the Head of Enablement, this role is perfect for a “builder” with experience in tech and SaaS Sales. This is a unique opportunity to support enablement for over 1,500 revenue reps across a wide array of geographies, areas of focus, and tenure-in-role. The chosen candidate will ensure the function has a relentless focus on learner experience, drives meaningful (metric-based) impact, and uses sound adult learning theories across its offerings.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Expertly manage stakeholders, coaching your team to do the same —conduct strategic 1:1s, qualitative and quantitative analysis, model partnership with sales leadership to determine priorities, current issues, and pain points across all segments
  • Operationalize and streamline the work of our business partners —plan and standardize a broad enablement plan, ensuring the team is supported to execute 
  • Build strong feedback loops between business partners and the Enablement Program leads (Onboarding, Knowledge Management, Methodology, Instructional Design) to create synergies across the Enablement organization
  • Oversee enablement projects across all business partners, from analysis through planning, design, development, implementation and evaluation
  • Work with the Methodology team to customize Sales Methodology training content for each segment, coordinate a training calendar, and support the full implementation
  • Partner with Onboarding to improve the onboarding and ramp experiences of all revenue reps 
  • Take a data-driven and analytical approach to prioritizing future initiatives and reporting on the success of the team’s work.

Experience & Requirements

    • 7+ years experience in Sales Enablement at a high-growth, high-velocity SaaS/software company with two or more years in a strategic leadership capacity.
    • 5+ years experience in people leadership; able to identify and hire high performing talent, inspire others, drive accountability, and develop an elite team
    • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales or sales management experience
    • Proven ability to support the implementation of a sales process/methodology/playbook
    • Expertise in creating and tracking key metrics and providing insights into sales productivity (Tableau, PowerBI, Google DataStudio, etc.)
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Enablement tooling (Highspot, Chorus, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Gong)
    • Expertise in Sales Methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, Sandler, Selling through Curiosity)
