About the Role:

KeepTruckin has an exciting opportunity to join our growing FP&A team. The FP&A team partners with business leaders throughout the company to drive financial and strategic decisions. We provide analysis and conduct financial reviews of a wide range of business issues and manage financial processes such as planning, forecasting, reporting and tracking performance.

This position will be the finance lead on corporate planning, forecasting, and reporting. This person will focus on leveraging data to drive insights on the near, mid and long-term financial health of the KT. In this role,  you will have plenty of C-level visibility and will report into the Manager of Corporate FP&A. 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead our monthly consolidation processes - analyze financial results and communicate risks & opportunities to influence business outcomes. 
  • Analyze current and past trends in financial & operational data, then provide actionable insights to management.
  • Coordinate across our FP&A team to review and influence the key expense and headcount assumptions driving our budgets, forecasts, and other predictors of future results. Assess forecasts to ensure accuracy, reasonableness, feasibility, and credibility.
  • Build out and assist with delivering monthly & quarterly management reporting, including budget vs. actuals, dashboards, and board materials.
  • Create, maintain and review complex financial models in excel/gsheets as well as Adaptive Insights.
  • Develop competitive benchmarking analysis on our P&L and other key financial and operating metrics
  • Identify, prioritize, and Implement process improvements and automation to streamline current processes across the company.
  • Tackle new & evolving priorities for the team, including ad hoc analyses and research

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of relevant Finance experience
  • Experience at a high growth SaaS company preferred
  • Experience supporting a public company preferred
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics
  • Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
  • Ability to step back and look at the big picture. Mind set to optimize processes across the company by looking at what should be done now, not what has always been done.
  • Excellent modeling and forecasting skills with experience in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning
  • Expert in excel, experience with Adaptive Insights and Netsuite is a big plus
