The position will also focus on expanding Jumio’s reach into key APAC markets, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy that drives revenue growth, expands market share, and strengthens Jumio’s position in APAC.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, and direct sales execution, ensuring strong retention and new business growth.
- Identify, develop, and scale new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives in priority APAC regions.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and business development team, ensuring structured goal-setting, performance tracking, and continuous coaching.
- Drive regional partner and channel sales strategy, strengthening existing alliances and building new partnerships to enhance Jumio’s market penetration.
- Act as an executive sponsor for major enterprise accounts and strategic deals, collaborating closely with C-level stakeholders, internal teams, and external industry leaders.
- Represent Jumio at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the APAC region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align global strategy with regional execution and customer needs.
Experience and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market leadership, with a proven track record of scaling revenue and expanding market presence in APAC.
- Experience leading multi-country sales teams and managing high-value enterprise accounts.
- Strong background in solution selling, enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology sectors; experience in IDV, cybersecurity, or authentication solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
- Deep understanding of the APAC business landscape, market entry strategies, and regional sales execution.
- Mandarin proficiency is required to support expansion efforts in key regional markets.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
Great to have Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth tech, fintech, cybersecurity, or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in identity verification, fraud prevention, and KYC/AML solutions.
- Track record of successfully navigating complex sales cycles and large enterprise deals across multiple industries
