Role Purpose:

The Bid Coordinator is an integral part of our growing Global Pre Sales team. You are responsible for working internally with different teams and occasionally with external prospective clients. You will need to provide a technical and functional write-up for our suite of KYX platforms.

The role will focus on completing information requests globally. You will be the “go-to” contact during the RFP/RFI process for all questions, and you will be required to collaborate with internal teams, for example (and not limited to) HR, Security, Product, and Finance to provide the best responses for the business.

The Bid Coordinator plays a major role in improving and expanding on existing responses. Example Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete RFPs & RFIs
  • Provide technical, functional, and subject-matter responses to our sales team
  • Consult different teams and ask questions to provide quality responses
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other Jumio business units to maintain technical & functional knowledge of existing and new products

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficient skills in Spanish.
  • 3-5+ years of expertise in a technical writing or copywriting-related role
  • Strong customer interaction skills
  • Strong project management skills

Great to Have Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Some familiarity with “know your customer” (KYC) compliance regulations and competitors
  • Technical Background
