We are looking for a driven, target focused Senior Business Development Executive to sell into the world's largest companies.

As a Deputy Chief Operating Officer within JPMorgan Workplace Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in building out the business management function for Workplace Solutions. You will partner with the COO to support and deputise across applicable functional areas; EMEA and Asia Equity Plan Management, Global Implementations, Service Desk & Financial Reporting, Global Shares Execution Services Limited (RoW custody & brokerage).. This role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in one or more of the COO's functional areas with a view to assuming management responsibility in due course. We are looking for someone with a nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions and with a dedication to efficient productivity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and deputise for the Chief Operating Officer in the management of their functional areas, covering:
    • EMEA and Asia Equity Plan Management
    • Global Implementations, Service Desk & Financial Reporting
    • Global Shares Execution Services Limited (RoW custody & brokerage)
  • Build out a Business Management function to cover the management of global operational change, cross-functional global BAU management and reporting and the management of ad-hoc operational issues
  • Coordinate across the COO's teams and across other functional areas within Equity Plan Services, Workplace Solutions and AWM
  • Maintain relevant Governance reporting, work with Control Management on Issue/Action Plan updates, and to take issues through the relevant fora where needed
  • Personally to lead ad hoc operational issue resolution
  • Develop expertise in one or more of the COO's functional areas with a view to assuming management responsibility in due course

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Previous experience in a senior operational, business management or an similar role
  • Experience in influencing, organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Versatile abilities and dedication to efficient productivity
  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
  • 5+ years in a corporate management role
