We are currently seeking Client Relationship Managers to join Workplace Solutions (a J.P. Morgan Company). The Workplace Solutions Transaction was announced on March 15, 2022. Founded in 2005, Workplace Solutions is a leading cloud-based provider of share plan management software. Workplace Solutions' employee ownership solutions cover the entire company lifecycle, and caters to corporates worldwide. Workplace Solutions has an expansive client base of over 600 corporate clients that range from early-stage start-ups to mature multinational public corporations. The firm has nearly $200 billion in assets under administration across 650,000 corporate employee participants. Client Relationship Managers (CRM) at Workplace Solutions are viewed as trusted partners by our client base and should be tenacious, focused and well-organized individuals who should be at the forefront of our client/partner relationships. The core responsibilities of this role involve managing relationships with users and decision makers in the account, managing revenue and growth objectives, being accountable for customer and partner satisfaction. The successful candidate will demonstrate the key traits of ambition, resilience, interest in the customer's business needs, along with strong technical orientation and ability to customize and tailor solutions for a variety of scenarios. This role involves ensuring the customer receives the up-most value from the Workplace Solutions product, leveraging internal subject matter experts to help customers optimize their investment, ensuring program objectives are being met and measure the value of the solution to their organizations and working closely with Implementations, Operations and Service Desk teams to ensure that client is being handled in optimal fashion. This role will involve actively growing an existing account base to identify new value creation opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee a group of CRMs who run our premier accounts.
  • Identify efficiencies in the broader CRM organization and execute action plan.
  • Build depth in relationship by initiating contact and developing a relationship with decision makers.
  • Manage the post-sales relationship for strategically significant accounts.
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across named accounts through account planning, proactive client communications, issue remediation and containment, as well as performance measurement.
  • Meet assigned targets for client retention and referenceability.
  • Keep up to date with industry information which could provide value to your clients or value internally.
  • Build network of share plans advisors and experts in your region.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Share Plans Experience
  • Experience in Relationship Management in global companies.
  • Proactive by nature. Go above and beyond to serve as a trusted adviser for your customers.
  • Exceptional personal, listening, written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
  • Ability to lead and motivate, develop clear and creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, identify, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Experience working with Cloud-Based software
  • Project management experience with excellent organizational skills.
  • Success orientated spirit with focus on customer delight.
  • Superior critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.
