As an Associate in the WLS AI Delivery team, you will play a key role in ensuring the stable and scalable delivery of AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strategic relationships, and enable our products to consistently deliver value. Your passion for our mission will be crucial as you contribute to the product strategy and development of innovative AI solutions, driving significant business impact.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support the definition and communication of the vision and strategy for AI products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in AI technology.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Contribute to innovation in AI and Generative AI applications, leveraging open-source and cloud services to create transformative solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, supporting ethical AI practices and Act as a liaison between the product team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and assist in resolving conflicts or issues that arise.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, Workflow Product Owners, and UX/UI designers to develop AI models and products.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards.
  • Assist in defining and prioritizing product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria and Support the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize AI models and features.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in AI/ML product development.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • minimum 6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics, with a focus on supply chain and operations.
  • Familiarity with ML-Ops practices for model monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Engineering background, with experience in software development, data engineering, or data science.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
  • Solid understanding of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and deep learning techniques for anomaly detection, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks for processing and analyzing big data.
  • Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Power Platform (including CoPilot Studio), Cloud Solution Architecture (AWS + Azure), Python, Prompt Engineering, Customer engagement systems, Workflow platform.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is highly desirable.
