As a Business & Data Analyst in Wealth Management Supervision, you will provide reporting and analytics covering JPMorgan Wealth Management and the Private Bank. You will play a key role in enabling the business to proactively mitigate risk and identify process improvement opportunities through the use of data by ensuring that it is clearly documented, of high quality, well-protected, timely, and meaningful. This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and production of all reporting and analytics from Wealth Management Supervision, leveraging Business Intelligence tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Python to bring the data to life. This support primarily focuses on management oversight reporting, development of committee materials, management support, and ad-hoc analysis. The Analyst will be responsible for executing BAU reporting responsibilities, seeking better ways to perform existing processes, and creating and maintaining future requests.

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute operational procedures to deliver data supporting business operations and oversight reporting.
- Partner with the Project Management team to identify and develop both tactical and strategic data and reporting needs.
- Ensure key trends, issues, and watch items are clearly communicated in management summaries derived from metrics.
- Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement, isolate root causes, and collaborate on viable solutions to enhance processes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining reporting procedures and controls in compliance with regulations.
- Provide support for Testing and Quality Assurance activities as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in financial services, controls, risk management, or data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Capability to interpret and visualize data to deliver actionable insights.
- Strong sense of urgency in addressing escalating issues, adapting to rapidly changing priorities, and managing adverse performance.
- Proficiency in using firm-approved Business Intelligence tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
- Proficiency in database querying languages such as SQL and/or Python, with a willingness to learn and become proficient shortly after employment.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Alteryx Designer Core certification, or a willingness to obtain certification shortly after employment.
