Seize the opportunity to be part of Asset and Wealth Management as a Regulatory Reporting Associate.

As a Regulatory Reporting Associate within the Asset & Wealth Management team, you will manage complex and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, enhance reporting infrastructure, and ensure completeness and control in meeting these needs. Your role will involve executing both 'Run the Bank' (RTB) and 'Change the Bank' (CTB) functions, providing broad visibility across the Asset and Wealth Management function. You will have the opportunity to creatively problem-solve and collaborate with various departments, including Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Technology. Additionally, you will work closely with clients and onshore partners to address reporting needs and deliver automation using Intelligent Automation (IA) tools, while also providing ad hoc support for business data requirements. This position offers extensive cross-functional and cross-business exposure, serving private clients across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Job responsibilities:

  • Prepare, validate, and submit reports.
  • Oversee and manage regulatory inquiries.
  • Monitor RTB service deliveries, such as metrics dashboards.
  • Govern reporting of RTB production metrics.
  • Own the end-to-end incident management process.
  • Execute data, process, and report quality reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Identify and fix common problems sustainably for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a sustainable RegOps service that meets future demand efficiently and effectively.
  • Position RegOps service proactively to drive the regulatory agenda in the marketplace.
  • Foster an inclusive culture that enables all employees, colleagues, and partners to be their true selves in the working environment.
  • Provide ad hoc data support upon business request, drive change management projects and new reporting requirements independently, maintain up-to-date process and supporting documents (SOPs, FSLAs, Service Requests), ensure timely escalations, maintain a high rate of accuracy to meet SLAs, and ensure accurate and timely resolution of all queries.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 6+ years of financial services experience, with exposure to areas such as Private Banking, reporting, intelligent automation, and process improvement.
  • Working knowledge of IA tools like Alteryx, Python, UIPath, and Tableau.
  • Agile thinker who takes decisive actions and builds a strong control framework to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Identifies, monitors, and manages with metrics that matter, ensuring successful delivery of regulatory requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on connection, communication, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communicator, adept at addressing the needs of diverse audiences, including firmwide, executive, regional, and line of business.
  • Passionate about continual service improvement, creating environments to identify and implement process efficiencies.
  • Understands regulatory domains and functions, striving to improve and innovate with tech solutions for the future.
  • Intellectually curious, eager to deepen knowledge of the regulatory landscape through research and data analysis.
  • Promotes partnership and collaboration, encouraging information sharing and discussion to break down silos and challenge the status quo.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Strong data analytical skills and a background in financial services or business consultancy.
