Wealth Management Operations - Project Management Associate

As a Project Management Associate in the Projects & Business Innovation Support team under Wealth Management, you will work in conjunction with our internal partners including Client Service, Advisors, Operations, Technology, Product, Business Management, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. You will be part of the team which executes various programs that provide solutions to optimize business flows, bring efficiencies, enhance controls, and keep our platform compliant with regulations applicable to our legal entities and branches.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, technology, client service teams, and senior management to ensure product alignment with business objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and deployment
- Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timely updates and enhancements to meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Use agile methodologies to manage product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
- Ensure that the project delivers an exceptional client experience, with a focus on ease of use, efficiency, and satisfaction
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve the product
- Utilize data and analytics to drive project decisions, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and report on progress to senior management
- Ensure that all project/product developments and operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies by working closely with compliance and risk management teams to address any regulatory issues or concerns
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience in one or several operations areas (back or middle office), within a reputable bank, fund administrator, or financial institution across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven expertise in asset servicing, specifically in corporate actions management across products (Securities, Mutual funds, Alternatives)
- Solid operations corporate actions knowledge and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement very large projects across multiple legal entities worldwide.
- Strong ability to design operating models, including the control framework, using previous experience in asset servicing (i.e., Corporate actions, Income, Proxy, and Class Actions) and understanding the details of a process.
- Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and able to execute assignments independently and autonomously
- Strong ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking are required in driving solutions, initiatives, and projects
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to build strong rapport with peers
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
