As a Vice President and ConnectWealth Platform Specialist, you will support the delivery of our new strategic Unified Managed Account platform for the Global Private Bank and US Wealth Management. This includes the Chase Wealth Management and JP Morgan Advisors businesses, representing over $640 billion in AUM across 900k accounts. You will assist in launching new capabilities to the salesforce, communicating the value of platform features to enhance Advisor productivity, and supporting the adoption of new digital platform tools through practice management strategies. The ConnectWealth Program is high-profile and spans multiple lines of business and functions, aiming to transform the operating model for managed accounts with an intuitive technology platform.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support Training Initiatives:
- Assist in designing and customizing advisor resources and trainings that effectively articulate the value proposition of ConnectWealth's transformational changes, with a strong attention to detail.
- Develop and deliver training programs in various forums, utilizing digital/scalable mediums whenever possible, and ensuring high-quality content that meets the needs of diverse audiences.
- Optimize Advisor Experience:
- Provide insights to enhance Advisor experience, efficiency, and productivity, leveraging project management skills to coordinate initiatives.
- Assist in synthesizing and articulating program/platform capabilities to promote client acquisition and deepen client relationships, ensuring clarity and precision in communication.
- Partner with Advisors:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for advisors on new features and capabilities, offering guidance and support during transitions.
- Collaborate with Field Engagement/Advisors for complex client situations and pitches, utilizing project management experience to ensure seamless execution.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Managed Accounts, wealth management, or investments organizations.
- Basic knowledge of managed investment products and/or investment advisory business.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams and coordinating across cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong team player with the ability to work with teams at all levels.
- Effective communicator with the ability to provide clear verbal and written updates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and meet deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and present findings effectively.
- Flexibility to follow tight deadlines and prioritize work.
