Vice President Product Delivery Manager - Digital Channels

As a Product Delivery Manager in Digital Channels, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and improve adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Heads the Area Product Group PMO team directly supporting their coordination of various product, design, analytics and technical personnel during all initiative phases, from initial discovery to development through implementation and experimentation.
  • Manage delivery for the portfolio with top-down oversight throughout execution to review success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline while managing a small PM team.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements to the overall process.
  • Develop a portfolio of demand projects, with a solid understanding of the roadmap or book of work within the portfolio. Define the scope of the projects, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Good understanding of delivery and demonstrate implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Ability to work within Agile methodology utilizing JIRA with a full understanding of the Initiative life cycle and ability to build JIRA dashboards and pull data.
  • Possesses high level understanding in the areas of financial services technology, mobile native application programming, Adobe Experience Manager and system design.
  • Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills with a good sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of mobile componentization, distributed development model, APIs, database, frameworks and system design
  • Experience with Apple App Store, TestFlight, Google Play, and the mobile native Beta process
  • Experience working with multi-level management and groups.
