As part of the Firm-wide Control Management team, you'll play a crucial role in providing a centralized view of control functions, driving real-time problem detection, escalation, and solutions. Collaborate with Management, Risk, and Compliance to oversee audits and regulatory exams, aligning cross-functional support with business priorities.

As a Vice President in the Payments Control team, you will be responsible for aligning cross-functional support to business priorities and executing the Digital & Design payment agenda. You'll work closely with global and regional partners across Payments, including Operations, Technology, Product Management, and Business Control Managers, to develop and implement the Payments end-to-end controls strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholder committees to validate and assess priorities across WP controls teams.
  • Identify and manage risks to the delivery of our end-to-end target operating model strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality executive reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Create and deliver executive communications, status reporting, and metrics.
  • Oversee all controls impacting Digital and Design in the region, including front-line, operational, and technology controls.
  • Facilitate regional and governance forums and play a key escalation role when needed.
  • Partner with testing teams on regular testing programs of the existing control framework.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Relevant industry experience with business management and financial expertise.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide clear updates.
  • Ability to analyze problems and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment.
  • Technical and analytical skills with experience in data manipulation.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving business processes.
