As a Third Party Oversight Specialist in the CTPO team, you will support us in enhancing our processes to align with regional regulatory changes. You will manage regulatory, audit, and compliance examinations, ensuring our vendors meet JPMorgan Chase's high standards. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global and local stakeholders, driving strategic change and compliance excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess regulatory changes in EMEA against existing policies to identify improvement areas.
  • Lead or support remediation projects with global and local stakeholders.
  • Manage internal and external examinations related to the CTPO framework.
  • Act as the primary contact for regional stakeholders on CTPO matters.
  • Support the implementation of strategic tools, accommodating regional variances.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in outsourcing and third-party risk management.
  • Understanding of the EMEA outsourcing regulatory landscape.
  • Knowledge of EBA Guidelines, PRA Supervisory Statements, and DORA.
  • Knowledge of risk management and control principles.
  • Experience in interpreting regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at the senior management level.
  • Excellent risk judgment and proactive issue identification.
  • Ability to partner with related functions for a coordinated program.
