As Office Coordinator Lead / Senior Unit Specialist (OPVM04) will supports the managers, Team Leaders and Division Leaders within Orlando Recovery & Specialty Ops by handling tactical responsibilities related to the effective day-to-day operations for each work group. You will be a coach & peer mentor within OC Hub. Additionally, responsible for the prioritization & escalation of key findings along with a number of different tasks and processes and required to prioritize and manage the inventory workload , employees TAS, Genesys & Workforce management adherences and job requests as business ongoing demands and/or change needs. You will also be responsible to report inventory gaps, staff time tracking adherence issues and provide inventory management reports.

Job responsibilities

  • Report inventory gaps, staff time tracking adherence issues and provide inventory management reports.
  • Verify Time and Attendance, including - reviewing and monitoring exceptions, completing approvals on a bi-weekly basis, and escalating frequent errors and discrepancies.
  • Create and monitor progress and status reports of various processes and identifying trends associated with such reports to assist in identifying opportunities for improvement. Complete monthly Sensitive Data Audits.
  • Produce reports and track data, Maintain and analyze process improvement data for quality and accuracy.
  • Provide updates to the Team Leader concerning vacation scheduling and Time & Attendance errors, Direct follow-up with Advisors.
  • Conduct TAS vs Workforce management / Genesys audits
  • Lead special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Assist in investigation and resolution of process breakages and improvement issues.
  • Partner internally with various departments to gather information, provide status updates, and drives implementation of tasks.
  • Able to work under limited supervision and expected to offer and/or lead others to offer process recommendations and resolution of moderately complex issues.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have at least a "Meets Standard" rating.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office : Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access; Time & Attendance; Genesys, Work force Management are required.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Some scheduling / workforce management experience and/or 2 year Collections, Customer Service and /or Credit Card experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm, 8am - 4:30pm or 8am- 5:00pm
