JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Online Investing team within the Consumer & Community Bank.

Job Summary

As a Senior Associate within our Online Investing team at JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Bank, you will be a part of the US Wealth Management team. You will work on strategic finance, financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives for the head of Online Investing. This role offers you a broad exposure to all aspects of the business including overall vision and strategy, business cases, P&L, product profitability analysis, strategic positioning, product roadmap, and competitor reporting. You will be at the intersection of Technology, Product owners, Planning and Analysis, Operations, and Marketing experts that we interact with on a regular basis. Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with finance team and senior stakeholders in Online Investing group to execute on strategic priorities and provide financial reporting and analysis coverage to facilitate decision-making
  • Conduct financial analyses and deliver actionable insights to grow the business and improve profitability
  • Partner with Finance and Product Owners on annual budget, forecast, business cases, monthly variance analysis, and identifying key drivers behind business results
  • Provide management reporting and analysis to support the business on key metrics, including revenue drivers, expense drivers, client activity, headcount, productivity, product profitability
  • Actively responsive to senior stakeholders, help problem solve, selectively assist with ad hoc analyses
  • Learn the business inside out, establish relationship with the team and business partners.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 4+ years of relevant Financial Services experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and PowerPoint executive communication skills to interact with senior leaders
  • Strong excel skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and great problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail
  • Proactive learner who possesses a solid work ethic, with flexibility during busy periods and/or to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment; must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Proficiency with Tableau, Thought spot, Essbase, business cases
