Position Summary: As the Vice President, Digital Product Owner, you will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of digital products focused on enhancing the advisor and onboarder experience. Leveraging your extensive background as an advisor or onboarder, you will guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with our business objectives and user needs. This position is focused on creating a new unified onboarding experience that will be more collaborative and delightful for advisors, clients, and onboarders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a strategic vision for digital products that enhance the advisor and onboarder experience, aligning with overall business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and owners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including executives and business leaders, to gather insights and ensure alignment on product strategies and priorities.
- Oversee the creation and management of a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements.
- Champion user-centered design and advocate for the needs of advisors and onboarders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, data analysis, and industry benchmarking to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.
- Represent the USPB Digital Team in industry forums and conferences, showcasing our commitment to digital innovation and excellence.
- Manage budget and resource allocation to optimize product development and delivery.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Extensive experience in a senior product leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital solutions.
- Strong background as an advisor or onboarder, with deep insights into the challenges and opportunities in these roles.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product strategies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Experience in the financial services industry or a related field.
