The Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Chief Data Office (CDO) leads data strategy and support for the core data used across AWM needed to run our business, such as client and account data, reference data, product data, securities and pricing data, transactions and holdings, and index data.
As a Client Information Product Delivery Lead within the Asset & Wealth Management Chief Data Office you will lead initiatives to improve the client information product, develop user-friendly experiences for party and account maintenance processes, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the online experience for Private Bank clients. This role requires innovation and the ability to synthesize user research, client feedback, and competitive dynamics to improve product concepts.

Job responsibilities
- Manage and oversee programs end-to-end across multiple products and work streams, including documenting and tracking program scope, change control processes, and leading the definition of the program's Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Develop roadmaps and detailed project plans, including key deliverables and dependencies, and actively manage project, work stream, and product dependencies.
- Track and manage risks, issues, and key decisions, escalating as appropriate, while monitoring progress against plans and reporting on project deliverables, status, key issues, risks, and open decisions.
- Oversee testing strategy, gather testing use cases, and drive execution across required business and operations teams.
- Lead production roll-out execution, including business readiness, production release, and post-production activities.
- Report progress and communicate on project deliverables, status, key issues, risks and open decisions across multiple forums
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6+ years of experience in a major financial services organization with data project or project management experience
- Practical knowledge of project management enabling business transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a group, identify tasks, and ensure progress of objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze project data, prepare, and present project reports.
- Advanced skills with the core MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience using process-mapping tools (e.g. MS Visio, Lucid Board, Jira etc.)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Agile project management.
- Experience with data analysis and party & account data strategy
- Wealth Management experience preferred.
