This position supports two main operations services. Transfer agent recordkeeping which involves the reconciliation and processing of client provided trades for ETF's and Cayman feeder funds. ETF Order Taking which involves instruction capture, monitor and act on any ETF orders to ensure automated workflow is maintained; reconcile to the fund manager/ counterparties; standard client reporting.
As an ETF Order Taking analyst within the team, you will provide daily support for all ETF and Cayman Transfer Agent clients which are traded by institutional clients, asset managers and authorized participants who have outsourced part or all of their operations to J.P. Morgan. Client scope includes all existing relationships globally. In addition, you will utilize the Utility to support other groups within the business in respect of record keeping and capstock activity.

Job responsibilities
- Manage daily trading activities for clients, ensuring accurate reconciliation of shares and valuations.
- Address and resolve client and broker queries related to trade activities.
- Conduct investigations and process amendments related to DTCC or client orders.
- Deliver ETF Order Taking services, maintaining automated workflows and reconciling with fund managers and counterparties.
- Ensure compliance with core controls and procedures for all transfer agency and ETF deliveries.

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
