Job Description:
The Tri-party Collateral Management business, part of Securities Services, offers a comprehensive suite of collateral services across various transaction types and asset classes, supported by a high-touch client service model. Our clients include banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds, insurance companies, asset managers, and other segments. The team collaborates with Sales for new business development and focuses on enhancing and retaining existing client relationships while maintaining a strategic understanding of each client's business and operating model. The Relationship Management team serves as the escalation point for clients, managing and resolving service issues in collaboration with internal partners to drive continuous service improvements.

Job Summary:
As an Associate within the Tri-party Collateral Management - Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your role will be client-facing, involving communication, client management, and assistance with reports and presentations. You will have direct responsibility for managing large, complex, and demanding accounts across the region, often with a global reach. You will work in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Operations. This role is primarily focused on our existing client base in Latin America and is crucial to our expansion in that region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the overall client experience, ensuring all triparty services are delivered end-to-end.
- Maintain a strategic understanding of each client's operating model and the market, vendor, and regulatory impacts on their environment.
- Serve as a point of escalation for clients and internal teams, effectively navigating the organization on behalf of the client.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular client reviews, covering service levels, market trends, platform requirements, feedback, wallet share, portfolio mix, and product contributions.
- Oversee service performance against agreed client expectations.
- Seek opportunities to enhance service levels and efficiency for both the client and the organization.
- Collaborate with Sales to strengthen client relationships and drive organic growth and additional sales opportunities.
- Conduct client presentations and training for new products and markets that best meet client needs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5 years of experience in Financial or Securities Services, ideally in Tri-party.
- Proven excellence in client service or relationship management, with a track record of delivering on commitments.
- Experience dealing with complex and demanding client organizations.
- Ability to navigate large organizations and demonstrate strong influencing skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of engaging senior-level audiences.
- Experience interacting with multiple functional areas, including Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Sales.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships.
- Clear communicator, adaptable to different communication styles.
- Strong analytical skills, including data manipulation and visualization.
- Project management experience.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Familiarity with Collateral Services, Securities Lending, Derivatives, and Repo.
