As a Strategy and Governance Senior Product Associate in Treasury Payment Rails, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global investment portfolio, leading strategic execution, and ensuring seamless product delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and roadmap of the global portfolio, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our products and deliver value against our business objectives.
Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Managers to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Supports the Investment Governance process and Quarterly Planning Review to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and delivery of milestones
- Supports the end-to-end product delivery processes in overall TS Payment Rails Portfolio, including strategy, intake, dependency management, capacity allocation and operating model, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Act as a program manager to consolidate and streamline delivery efforts across various products and platforms, providing a singular, cohesive view of the business
- Develops strategic presentations for executive reporting and effectively convey product vision, strategy, and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Develops 'trusted advisor' relationships with multiple senior stakeholders, influence partners, resources, and stakeholders at all levels
- Manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Excellent program management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience in strategy, consulting, or business management
- Experience in financial technology or payments industry
