As a travel advisor, you will advice on all aspects related to customer requests: quotes, reservations, post-travel attention seeking customer loyalty. To do this, you will use the different tools and systems used in the agency and will be able to suggest to your direct managers, projects and initiatives that seek to improve productivity, efficiency and customer service.

Job responsibilities

  • Analysis, planning and organization of all components of vacation trips, from the initial request to its completion for vacation clients.
  • Participate in projects suggested by your immediate boss that seek to optimize the operation and new business models.
  • Prepare and distribute client travel documents.
  • Organize files relevant to your work.
  • Participate in inspections of hotels and suppliers and propose, when required, the development of innovation of experiences or suppliers to the department in charge.
  • Comply with the administrative processes of the operation: billing, delivery of support for supplier payments

Required qualifications

  • Recent experience in Tourism positions or related fields.
  • Diploma from related technical or university courses is beneficial for the position
  • At least intermediate level of English.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of national and international destinations.
  • Oriented towards meeting deadlines and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
